About The Q Topanga:
A 347-unit mixed-use development in Woodland Hills built to redefine luxury apartment living in the Valley. This wasn’t about just installing lights—it was about aligning with a client vision that prioritized style, technology, and livability.
Project Scope:
Our mandate was clear: deliver lighting that hits on aesthetics, performance, and ease of install—without compromise.
Lobby Chandelier:
We designed and built a custom chandelier for the QUBE—a 3-story open lobby space. The fixture includes 30+ individual LED strands at variable lengths, all precisely spaced and suspended. This wasn’t decorative fluff—it delivers 12,000 lumens at 150W and acts as a visual anchor for the entire lobby. All components were tested for output consistency and installability at height.
Flush Mount Entryway Fixtures:
We engineered LED Flush Cubes—9W square units in matte black with gold interiors. These were designed specifically for tight install constraints and low-ceiling entries, keeping performance high while simplifying the mounting process.
Linear Luminaires:
Co-working, fitness, and drop-off zones were all handled with custom LED linear fixtures. Sleek matte black housings, recessed louvers for low glare, and high CRI performance made these units functional and architectural. Everything dimmable. Everything energy efficient.
Outcome:
The lighting package at The Q Topanga hit the mark across all areas: impact, installability, performance, and brand alignment. This wasn’t a cookie-cutter spec job—it was a custom execution at scale. Ideoli delivered on that.
