ustomer service gets talked about a lot, but most of the time it’s surface-level noise. People throw around clichés like “give 110 percent” or “when the client says jump, ask how high.” At Ideoli, we don’t jump. We fly — whether the client asks us to or not. And we keep it real. That approach builds real trust, and that’s what actually makes things work.
Over time, we’ve narrowed our approach to five core principles. This is how we operate.
1. Don’t Be an Asshole
No one likes working with difficult people, and we don’t make exceptions. Whether it’s someone on our team or someone on the client’s side, we’ve learned that toxic attitudes cost more than they’re worth. We cut that out early. Our best work comes from honest, respectful collaboration, and we don’t compromise on that.
2. Be Ridiculously Creative
Most of the time, the client doesn’t have a fully baked vision. That’s fine. Bring us in early. We have the design, engineering, and manufacturing horsepower to take ideas from vague concept to fully executed product. Creativity is a tool — not a slogan. And we use it every day to solve real problems.
3. Show and Yell
We believe in proof. We show what we can build, how fast we can move, and how clean the final product is. That kind of execution tends to speak for itself. Clients don’t want pitches. They want results. When we deliver, their reaction is loud and clear — and that’s the only kind of noise we care about.
4. Don’t Mess It Up
Mistakes happen. That’s reality. What matters is how you respond. If we ever drop the ball, we’re the first to own it, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again. We stay obsessive about the details so that issues stay rare, and if something goes sideways, we handle it fast.
5. Have the Best Milkshake
If you’re doing your job right, people notice. We’ve built a reputation by doing the hard work — not chasing the spotlight. When a prospect shows interest, we listen hard, move fast, and build what they need to keep them engaged. Whether it’s hopping on a plane for a face-to-face or managing installs halfway around the world, we show up. Always.
These five principles are more than a list. They guide how we operate day to day. They help us deliver consistent results while keeping our team aligned and our clients confident in what we bring to the table.
We don’t do gimmicks. We just do the work — and we do it well.
