iving back matters. It’s easy to get locked in on client work, growth, and hitting goals—but as we expand our international footprint, I always come back to one simple idea: make sure we’re doing some good along the way.
That’s why we started Invigorate Your Community. It’s our way of making a positive local impact in the places we work. We get a lot from these communities, and it just makes sense to put something meaningful back in.
One example: our team recently volunteered with Encore Community Services near Times Square in New York City. We helped serve over 200 hot lunches and packed 1,200 meals for seniors. Encore does incredible work helping seniors live with dignity and independence—and it felt good to be part of that, even for a day.
This is just the beginning. Whether it’s time, money, or resources, we’re committed to invigorating communities wherever we go. More to come soon.
