About Bazaar Meat José Andrés:
Bazaar Meat isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. When you’re partnering with a brand like José Andrés’, you’re not just filling a space with light—you’re building atmosphere to match culinary precision. Every element had to complement the bold, inventive character of the food.

Project Details:
We came in to deliver full-scope lighting—everything from large chandeliers to wall sconces and pendants. The ask wasn’t standard. It was high-design, fully custom, and had to integrate with an aesthetic driven by Spanish architects and a team known for pushing boundaries.

Custom Execution:
We worked hand-in-hand with the architecture firm out of Spain to design each fixture from scratch. That meant fast iterations, material samples, and precision builds that could deliver on both design vision and performance in a demanding hospitality environment.

Statement Piece:
One of the core showpieces was a ceiling-mounted installation that resembles a volcano erupting from above—something you can’t just order from a catalog. We engineered this element to be structurally sound, visually dramatic, and scalable for integration into the rest of the lighting system.

Lighting as Experience:
From design concept to install, this wasn’t just about illumination. It was about narrative. Each light source was placed to highlight detail, control shadows, and support the layered, theatrical energy of the space. The result? Lighting that becomes part of the meal.

Impact:
We delivered a complete, custom-built lighting ecosystem that speaks the same language as the food—bold, refined, and technically excellent. This project proved again that at Ideoli, we don’t sell fixtures—we build environments that perform and leave a lasting impression.
