Project Details:
We were brought in to handle the lighting design for the lobby and shared spaces. Our job was to elevate the tenant experience by engineering a lighting setup that matched the property’s high-end finishes and clean, modern aesthetic.
Fixture Strategy:
We didn’t just drop in basic decorative lights. We installed extended tube fixtures and integrated LED rings—engineered for scale, performance, and long-term consistency. The lobby lighting became a focal point, not an afterthought.
Functional Zoning:
Lighting layout was planned by zone. Each fixture was positioned with intention—visual warmth where it matters, clean distribution across pathways, and consistency throughout. The mailbox area? We ran 8-foot linear tubes—nothing flashy, but it locked in the cohesion and delivered reliable, clean illumination where people interact most.
