My Company’s ‘invigorate Your Community’ Initiative Is Giving Back

eing a successful global business isn’t just about designing invigorating spaces, pleasing clients, or driving growth. It’s also about showing up for the communities that shape who we are—because without them, none of this works.
Through our Invigorate Your Community initiative, we’ve taken on projects that go beyond the job site. One recent example: our team prepared lunch for the homeless at Trinity Church Wall Street in downtown Manhattan. We got our hands dirty, we worked together, and we connected with real people.
We’ve been fortunate to support other efforts, too—from giving back to local schools in Mexico to helping bring our products into neighborhoods where they can make a difference. Community impact, team bonding, and purpose-driven work—that’s a win every time.
