Always Competing And Comparing Our Fitbit Watch Steps

hen you are building something global, you are always on the move. Planes, trains, long drives — it comes with the territory.

Planes, trains, long drives — it comes with the territory. I travel constantly to meet with clients, suppliers, and partners across markets. That level of movement is part of the job, but it also takes a toll if you are not intentional about how you take care of yourself.

Staying sharp mentally means staying active physically. That is something I take seriously.

On a recent road trip with my co-founder George Stroumboulis, we both decided to track our steps to see who could stay more active while still staying productive. I picked up a new Fitbit for George, and the competition was on. Step counts turned into fuel. The friendly challenge kept us moving, even after long meetings and back-to-back travel days.

Tracking progress keeps you accountable. It gives you something tangible to aim for, even when the schedule is packed. Whether we are in a warehouse, at an install, or just crossing airport terminals, we are getting steps in and keeping the energy up.

Running a company is not just about strategy. It is about showing up with clarity and focus. Movement helps me do that.

If you are traveling often and feel like fitness is slipping, start small. Get a tracker. Grab a friend. Compete for steps. Stay sharp.

And if you want to join our competition, reach out. We are always up for a challenge.
