t Ideoli, the process of building out a space starts at the drawing board. Our design team works closely with our production engineers and installation managers to bring every detail to life. Once the concept is approved, I personally travel with a member of the design team to visit and vet each production facility before anything moves forward. I want to see the conditions. I want to meet the people. That kind of on-the-ground visibility matters.
We do not start production until we build and examine a full prototype. That prototype is reviewed by our designer, our production lead, and our installation manager. Every angle, every finish, every functional detail is checked. Nothing moves forward unless it is perfect.
Production begins inside a modern, organized, and efficient facility. Each factory follows detailed quality control procedures. We use Statistical Process Control to track performance in real time. This allows us to catch small issues early and correct them before they become bigger problems. We also apply Six Sigma principles at every facility. These tools are designed to support customer satisfaction, drive consistency, and eliminate waste.
