About El Centro Apartments Hollywood:
El Centro is a premium apartment complex located right on Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles. It’s a mix of studios, lofts, penthouses, and more—exactly the kind of upscale environment where design details matter and durability is non-negotiable.
Project Details:
Our team at Ideoli partnered with a national commercial builder to engineer an LED lighting fixture that would match the minimalist aesthetic of the property while still delivering top-tier performance. The mandate was clear: keep it clean, make it efficient, and ensure it lasts.
Engineering Meets Design:
We developed a pressed glass fixture inspired by European residential styles. It’s built around a 1.25” thick frosted glass diffuser—solid, weighty, and refined. Inside, we used next-gen LED chips and one of the most reliable drivers available to maximize both lumen output and lifecycle.
Performance Where It Counts:
We re-engineered the enclosure to push better wattage performance and cleaner light spread, with full 0-10V dimming capability. That level of control means tenants get the flexibility they need, and the fixture holds up under daily use without degradation.
Results:
What we delivered was a custom solution that seamlessly blended into the El Centro visual language but still met our standards on performance, cost-efficiency, and long-term maintenance.
